Our July Wishlist

We are extending our popular hygiene program!

In addition to providing hygiene products to 5th- and 6th-grade students as part of their hygiene classes, we are creating Hygiene Pantries stocked with toothpaste and deodorant for any child who needs them in the eight Title 1 elementary schools we serve.

Vote for Us through Target Circle!

Every quarter, Target donates a percentage of its sales to selected nonprofits and this quarter, they have selected ALNV as one of the local nonprofits. Target allocates donations among the nonprofits based on the number of votes cast for each nonprofit during the quarter. Target Circle members earn votes by purchasing from Target – the more you buy, the more votes you earn. As you earn more votes, you can keep voting multiple times until September 30. Every vote counts to help us receive a portion of the available Target funds.

White House Ornaments

America is celebrating its 250th birthday this year, and we are joining in the celebration by offering the Official White House Ornament that commemorates this historic event. Each year, the White House Historical Association creates a new design to commemorate a special event, person, or place. This year’s ornament honors America’s 250th milestone anniversary. It was designed by the White House Historical Association and licensed by the America250 organization.
