Voting or Professional membership is available to any individual who shall participate in and support the philanthropic programs and fundraising activities as determined by Assistance League of Laguna Beach.
Infant Development Program (idp LAGUNA): designed for infants 0 – 12 months who may be at risk, or have developmental delays. Sponsored by the Assistance League of Laguna Beach, idp LAGUNA provides weekly family-centered early intervention classes and specialized services for the participating infants. During the third hour of each weekly session, members care for and rock the infants 1:1 while parents/guardians participate in a group counseling session lead by a licensed family therapist.
Chapters for Children: supplies Camp Pendleton military families with gift cards to be used for new school shoes and a stuffed bulldog.
College Scholarships: provides scholarships to Laguna Beach High School graduating seniors.
Homefront America: supports holiday focused social events facilitated by Homefront America throughout the year for military families.
School Readiness: supplies educational materials for school-age children, through the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach.
Food Insecurity: supports families through the Laguna Food Pantry and the Armed Services YMCA Food Pantry located on Camp Pendleton.
Waymakers Youth Shelter: funds enrichment programs and educational activities for teens in crisis. Our Assisteens assemble welcome kit for the teens.
Shea Therapeutic Riding Center: provides scholarship funding for children with disabilities and military riding therapies.
Gigi’s Playhouse: funds 1:1 math and literacy tutoring programs at the Orange County location. Supporting the local Down Syndrome community.
Cultural Enrichment Program: supports children’s theater programs for resource limited children throughout our community and provides musical experiences to students in Orange County.
Collaborative Courts: provides assistance to adults who are working towards reentering society through rehabilitation rather than incarceration.
Lifelong Laguna/Sally’s Fund: provides supportive services for Laguna Beach seniors and people of all ages with disabilities.
Waste Not Program: donates merchandise not sellable in our Shop to Vietnam Veterans of America, Kathy’s House, St. Vincent De Paul, Homefront America, Laguna Beach Animal Shelter, Waymakers Youth Shelter, Recycling Books, Boys and Girls Club, Alternative Sleeping Location, Treasures of Laguna, Vista Aliso Senior Housing and Working Wardrobe.
