Operation School Bell®
In partnership with Long Beach Unified School District, Operation School Bell provides students in need with new school uniforms at no cost. For uniform assistance please contact your school office. Operation School Bell’s primary goal is to boost the confidence of LBUSD students, ensuring no child misses school or underperforms due to lack of adequate clothing. We believe that regular school attendance and full engagement in learning are foundational to student success. With the poverty level in LBUSD remaining high, our mission is to provide every child with the essential tools they need to excel, starting with new clean uniforms.
Impact

Volunteer
Our member volunteers, along with our Corporate Partner volunteers, pack and deliver the necessary clothing to the schools. Additionally, through our Action Packed! initiative, we clothe all the students in one school each year. This program is funded through our private donations, grants, foundations, and Corporate Partner support. Learn more here!

In partnership with the Long Beach Unified School District, Operation School Bell now provides approximately 12,000 uniforms each year, and the demand continues to rise. To meet this challenge we invite local businesses to join us as Corporate Partners. Your support directly underwrites the cost of uniforms for students most in need throughout Long Beach.
