Event Center Rental Rates & Policies
Rates:
- Weekday (8 am – 5 pm, M-F): $150/hour
- Outside of Weekday Hours: $200/hour
- Conference Room Only: $75/hour
- Nonprofits receive 40% discount, EIN required
Rental Policies:
1. Rental Period: Scheduled event time INCLUDES setup/cleanup time. Renters are not permitted to arrive earlier than or remain in facilities longer than their scheduled times. If additional time is needed, prior arrangements need to be made. Any rental group that stays longer than their scheduled time will be charged additional hourly fees.
2. Catering & Alcohol: The renter may hire a catering vendor of their own choice or supply their own food for the event. All items must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Sale of alcohol and use of illegal substances in the Assistance League of Denver Event Center is prohibited. Assistance League of Denver will not be held responsible for the misuse of alcohol or illegal substances. The renter is responsible for the conduct of its guests and for any intervention by law enforcement officers.
3. Cleaning: Renters are required to leave the facility in its original condition. If excessive trash, stains, spills or food remains in the facility once the rental group has departed, the renter will be charged an additional cleaning fee. This fee will be taken from the renter’s deposit.
4. Parking: Event guests have permission to use Assistance League of Denver’s parking lot. Assistance League of Denver will not be responsible for any damage to cars, loss of property or personal injury.
5. Accessibility, Pets & Smoking: Event Center entrance and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Pets are not permitted, excluding service animals. Smoking is not permitted in the building.
6. Liability & Damage: Assistance League of Denver will not be held responsible for any personal injury or personal property
damage that occurs either inside or outside the facility. The renter is required to return the space to its original condition at the end of each rental. The renter will be charged for repair of any damage to the space caused during rental period and for the replacement of any missing items. This includes AV equipment, walls, floors, artwork, furniture, and fixtures.
7. Cancellations & No Shows: To cancel an event, the renter is required to notify Assistance League of Denver at least 10
business days prior to the event. Cancellations less than 10 business days or no shows will forfeit their $200 deposit.
