Each year, 20 aspiring seniors in the Santa Ana Unified School District are awarded scholarships through the Career Technical Education program, opening doors to postsecondary education and setting them on the path to success.
Our dedication extends to those embarking on the next stage of their academic voyage. Five scholarships, each valued at $5,000, are specifically awarded to support continuing students transitioning to four-year institutions, helping them to climb higher in their educational pursuits.
Beyond financial aid, the Assistance League of Santa Ana provides a robust support system through mentorship and resourceful workshops. These initiatives are designed to help students navigate the complexities of college life, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed academically and in their future careers.
Our scholarship recipients become beacons of inspiration, with each success story serving as a testament to the impact of investing in education. Through these scholarships, we are not just supporting individual students; we’re uplifting entire families and enriching the Santa Ana community.
Scholarship students attend four workshops throughout the year: Goal Setting, Financial Literacy, Resume Writing, and Preparing for the Workplace.
Students meet with adults who mentor students through out the year.
These former scholarship students completed their 2 years at Santa Ana and are now ready to move on to a four year college.
The Assistance League of Santa Ana is pleased to offer scholarships to graduating seniors in the SAUSD’s CTE Program who are continuing their education at a community college.
