Outreach

Provides for emergency needs that pose hardship in our community, and do not fit with existing Assistance League of Eugene programs.
- Cannot be for something that is included by any other Assistance League of Eugene programs, even if program has used all of its budget.
- Cannot be for an individual, must thru a nonprofit organization or public entity.
- Is not for an event, fundraiser or festival.
- Should be prioritized by:
  - Is an emergency need due to catastrophic event.
  - Cannot be provided by other community agencies.
  - Help for youth and families in our community under the current poverty level.
  - Is a high priority need (food, health, clothing, housing).
  - Is for an organization that does not have funding.
  - Requires the recipient to sign the Assistance League of Eugene donation agreement.
Projects have included providing books and clothing to Temporary Assistance To Needy Families (TANF), and clothes to Sponsors and Whitebird Clinic.
