Operation Hug A Bear has a program agreement with the City of Eugene to provide the Eugene Police Department with stuffed animals for officers to comfort individuals in distress and crisis situations.
The officers can keep them in their vehicles to use as they see the need.
We also provide stuffed animals to other community programs on request.
