Community Partner Outreach provides for basic needs of the homeless, residents in need and others in transition in Montgomery County. This program supports many local nonprofits with the goods they need to serve their clients. A few examples of these goods are thrift shop clothing vouchers; “Welcome Home” baskets filled with household items; newborn clothing supplied to an area hospital; and healthy snacks and lunch items given to schools and agencies for food-challenged children. The team also supports agencies with some added holiday cheer.
