We are the professional women’s auxiliary of Assistance League of Fullerton.
We were organized in 1989 and received our charter in 1990.
Members are professional or business women who wish to contribute to the community in a meaningful way.
Since 1992, ALPHA has hosted A Day of Authors, where prominent authors inform and entertain over 400 book lovers. The generosity of event sponsors as well as funds raised by ticket and book sales, silent auctions, and raffles, support our philanthropic efforts.

Toiletry kits and gift-wrapped birthday books to Placentia-Yorba Linda and Fullerton disadvantaged school children.
Scholarships for special needs chilren for equine-assisted therapy to promote their physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
Layettes, receiving blankets, diapers, children’s clothing, and books donated to St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers.
Grants to Fullerton elementary and junior high school teachers to purchase books for their classroom libraries.
Post Secondary Scholarships awarded to community seniors to attend accredited post-secondary educational institutions. Police Explorer Academy scholarships for students to learn about careers in law enforcement.
ALPHA supports our chapter philanthropies: Operation School Bell®, Santa’s Closet, and Silver Santa.
Funds from this annual event enable us to give back to our local communities. Our 33rd year of presenting authors of distinction as keynote speakers and breakout session speakers was held on March 28, 2026. This annual event is held in the Titan Center at California State University Fullerton.
