The shop is one of Eugene’s most popular Thrift Shops. Opened in 1991, the Assistance League of Eugene Thrift Shop is conveniently located in midtown Eugene. It has an all-volunteer staff of Assistance League of Eugene members. The shop features new and high-quality used merchandise.
During 2024-2025, the Assistance League of Eugene helped over 2,000 children buy new school clothes through Operation School Bell®.
This is one of nine programs that are funded primarily through Thrift Shop sales. The funds we raise make a difference in the lives of children and individuals in our community.
Special Events
Watch for our seasonal events and shop sales throughout the year. These include Art, Cashmere, Holiday, Vintage, Anniversary and Customer Appreciation Week, Asian, and more. There is always a treasured item to be discovered when shopping with us!

Shop Information
We accept cash, debit cards, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. All sales are final.

Thrift Shop Donations
Donations are accepted Tuesday through Saturday from 12-4 (except for certain special events) at the rear of the shop.
Your donations are greatly appreciated and support our efforts to help those in need in our community.
Please ring the doorbell and an Assistance League of Eugene volunteer will assist with unloading your donation. If you have questions regarding donations or have special considerations, call 541-485-3721. Please leave your name and contact number. Tax deduction receipts are available for all donations.
The shop is unable to accept the following items:
- Large appliances
- Large furniture
- Electronics
- Paint, chemicals
- Torn or soiled clothing
