Member volunteers create uniquely decorated caps and knitted beanies for cancer patients and their family members that are guests of Ronald McDonald House, or receiving treatments at University Medical Center or Texas Oncology Grandview Center. Newborn beanies are specially knitted for the premature infants at UMC Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House. Volunteer share their creativity at group work sessions.
This year we provided 407 caps and beanies to children and their families.
