Assistance League Sierra Foothills is compassion in action. Our volunteers power community-based programs that uplift local youth and adults, building pathways to a brighter future.

Assistance League Sierra Foothills, an all-volunteer nonprofit, awarded seven exemplary El Dorado County high school seniors scholarships. The organization’s Advantage Scholarships, worth $4,000 each, were given to Faith Johnson (Union Mine), Olivia Beckett (El Dorado), and Maxine Kim (El Dorado) for overcoming significant life challenges. Community Service Scholarships of $3,000 each went to Aubrey Foust (American River Charter), Ava Galli (South Tahoe), Aislynne Hartman (Oak Ridge), and Taylyn Young (Oak Ridge) for their outstanding local volunteer work.
Assistance League Sierra Foothills’ members celebrated these outstanding young adults at their end-of-the-year luncheon held on Wednesday, May 27th, at Patra Corporation in El Dorado Hills.
