We believe that knowledge is the key to success in a young person’s life and that sometimes finding the funds to make education after high school possible can be a challenge for some young adults and their families.  Operation Scholarships promotes continuing education for students in Clatsop and Pacific counties by providing scholarships to graduating high school students.  Each spring we award two scholarships, per school, for graduating high school students to continue their education at a trade school or community college.  The program also awards two scholarships to Clatsop Community College.

High school students can apply through their schools annually for a scholarship to the junior college, trade school or specialty education training program of their choice.

It is our hope that this program will help ensure that we provide opportunities for young adults in our community to “Never Stop Learning”.
